What we call a bonus or promotion may refer to free spins, any type of bonus, or any amount credited directly to your player account when a deposit is made.
Additional offers or special promotions may be offered and will be available on our promotions page. Where no additional conditions are specified, the general terms and conditions of our bonuses will apply.
1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposited amount is placed into a "cash balance" and any associated bonus amount is placed into a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and associated winnings are withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Progress towards wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements for that bonus.
2.3 When a player fully meets the wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically cancelled.
2.5 Each game contributes differently to wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker contributes 20%, table games and live dealer games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to meet the wagering requirements for bonuses is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be void.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is called a "mixed bet". In this case, all resulting winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum stake allowed when using a bonus is 10 INR per spin. If a player places a stake higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance with no wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits tied to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least 1 time on slot games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request voids the free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of the said withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the game window dedicated for this purpose once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site server. This occurs in real time; however, it is possible that the display may only be reset after a short delay. Regardless of the jackpot amount displayed in the game, the server-side jackpot amount at the moment of the win is the reward that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payout greater than or equal to INR 50,000 may require an additional 14 days of processing.
5. General Bonus Rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or by accepting the bonus(es) offered by Yoju Casino, the player automatically declares acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses listed on this page.
5.2 A player may obtain a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise stated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is INR 10.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the time allowed to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside of any promotion, the maximum withdrawal allowed is 20 times the bonus amount.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to INR 100.
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as the winnings related to it in case of fraud or where the player has placed bets with almost no risk solely for the purpose of fulfilling the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the winnings related thereto.
5.10 Any manipulation of the game, such as the use of the Martingale system, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunting (non-exhaustive list), is not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to suspension of the account and/or of any promotional offers for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In this case, they must contact customer support before placing any bet and/or before starting to play in order to remove the current bonus and disable receipt and display of any future bonus.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).

5.17 In case of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
5.18 Yoju Casino reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving our promotions at any time, for a defined or indefinite period, at the discretion of management.
5.19 In case of dispute, the decision made by the management of Yoju Casino shall prevail and be final.
